Easy Frugal 2015 Craft :).We Wanted to do something really frugal and easy, ended up making this Hanging. Needed: 2 Paper Plate Shower Bath Sponge Paint(Blue ,Green ,Yellow) Instructions: 1.Cut out the numbers 2015 on the paper pate. 2.Have your little Dip the bath sponge with paint and apply.
