Turkey Stuffing
I cooked the stuffing separately and served it on the side and did not use this to stuff the bird.
Ingredients:
1 Bag of Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing 1 Lb.
3 slices bacon cooked and cut into small pieces
3 cooked hot italian sausage cut into cubes
1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
1/2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter
Salt and Pepper taste
1 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoons garlic powder
1 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup turkey broth (Had only this much left over after using in the gravy)

Procedure:
1>Add the butter in a pan.
2>Add the onions and celery and cook for 3 mins.
3>Add the carrot,green bell pepper cook for 3 mins.
4>Add poultry seasoning,basil and garlic powder and saute.
5>Add the mushrooms and cook until well cooked.
6>Add the broths and bring to boil.Simmer for 15 mins.
7>Stir in the cooked Sausage and bacon.
8>Add the Stuffing ,do not mix,cover and allow to sit for 5 mins.
9>With a fork,slightly fluff up the mixture.
