Book Review: ENGLISH Literature: Frankenstein by Mary Shelley
Recommended: High school and above.
During October I try to keep up with the Genre of Intrigue. So this year I read Frankenstein by Mary Shelly. It deals with rejection ,loneliness , unwanted-ness and sadness. All real and powerful emotions and hence a difficult book to read. And in some ways when we read the life of Mary Shelley it is easy to relate how this book got made.
The story begins with Capt Walton writing his adventures to his sister and narrates this peculiar incident how he meets Victor Frankenstein. And goes on to tell the strange tale of Victor and his creation.
The most important taking away for me from this book is the dignity of life ,responsibilities of ones actions and how each and every action has a consequence.
