Brocolli Pasta

A hankering to have Alfredo lead me down the road to finding an easy yummy pasta

White sauce:
1 1/4 cup milk
1/8 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp butter
Grated nutmeg a pinch
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
250g pasta
1/2 brocolli
1/4 to 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Cook pasta as directed.add the chopped brocolli in the last four mins.Drain the water.

To make the sauce.
I a pan melt butter add the flour gradually and incorporate it fully into the butter.
When the butter flour mixture turns brown.,add milk gradually and keep storing making sire lumps do not form in them.
Add nutmeg and Italian spices and allow to thicken.

Toss in pasta with sauce and cheese.
Your delicious dish is ready
