Recommended Age: Any person who can write
I was introduced to this journal by my niece who is in high school during one of our family prayer. It was also an advice I remember my cousin giving me when I got married( And its been 11 years now 🙂 ) to count my blessings. Intentionally writing down the day’s blessings enabled me to see a huge difference in my life. Since then it has become part and parcel of my morning routine to see the previous days blessings. I had less time to complain and grumble and more peacefulness in my every day life. Highly recommend it for a calm, content and peaceful life.
This is how my journal looks inside.
