Book Review: Ashamed of the Gospel by John MacArthur

A book that was very convicting and brought my life on a 360 degree turn. A book that teaches on the cost of Christianity, beyond easy believism , conviction less, cost less Christianity. In a way it details the testimony of the life of Charles Spurgeon who was the prince of preachers. May be this verse would pretty much sum the book.
Luke 14:28For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?
For anybody really considering Christianity. I would highly recommend this book. It really helps to deepen in our walk over the surface of ritual religion.
