This was the first book I read .If you’ve seen The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe this book would surprise you.
The story is about the journey of Shasta escaping from the land of Calomere the land of slavery to the land of Narnia ,the story is about the perils ,hurdles and close escapes he has and the friends he makes. It also deals with the stubbornness and pride that we oft encounter which is well written .
The Horse and His Boy for me personally was powerful because it brings out well, the longing that resides in the human heart to find its true home.
