The story begins where the animals in a farm who rebel against their human master and take over the farm.They are led by two leaders,Snowball and Napoleon who later have a power struggle.The story continues to talk about the fate of the animals and how the animals like sheep are blindly led.
They think they have freedom but do they really have it ? is the gist of this story.
It is an interesting irony to see how George Orwell connected animals and politics together.
