This is a very unique read.This is the true life incident of Elie Wiesel in Nazi German Concentration camp in second world war 1944-1945.It deals with raw human emotions with respect to survival in a camp.And dehumanizing of a person.
I as a person am not into reading hard reads.While i was listening to another reviewer review this book for high schoolers ,the reviewer made a point on the importance of reading emotionally hard books because they help to cultivate empathy.And that’s what got me reading this book and I heartily agree with that reviewer.It really helped me be more thankful.
