Book Review: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis

Recommended : High school, Young Adults, Adults
A book obviously quite famous since it came to big screen. The story follows 4 children(Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie ) who are shipped off to the country due to the war. Where they find a cupboard which takes them into the magical world of Narnia. The Story then follows their journey, love for one another, betrayal , friendships, lies, jealousy, mercy and merit and most importantly sacrifice . Finally culminating in a war to save Narnia.
My favorite part of this book is definitely the sacrifice part. In a world that more and more values selfishness and self-centeredness and in a way actually celebrates it, The lion the witch and the wardrobe celebrates all that is good and beautiful .
