Book review: Literature : Adam Bede by George Eliot

The story follows Adam, a local carpenter much admired for his integrity and intelligence and his run in with love. And sometimes how blind wilfulness could be especially when we want to see what we want to. Starkly this book details with choices and how they affect a person’s life and the life of a unwanted baby. A very deeply moving book on a very dark subject .Interestingly it also details the workings of Methodism which was very fascinating.
