Book Review: The old man and the sea by Ernest Hemingway

I wanted to read a book from the author Ernest Hemingway and hence got reading the book. The story revolves around an old man Santiago in a boat on the sea where he catches a fish .With no more characters to make the main plot of the story.
I never realized how powerful a story telling could be with such a setting. It is a powerful book on perseverance. A Noble prize winner for good reason. A book that helps to understand the power of words .
