The story is about a spoilt self centered Mary Lennox who she loses her parents and is sent to live with her uncle Archibald Craven. He in turn places her in his household and travels abroad. Here she makes friendship with her cousin Collin and Dickon the brother of the house help .And the story progresses around the improvement of the children’s attitudes, character and that of the garden along with restoration of broken relationships.
